Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays
Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may occur. Lens & Co. is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the courier, but we’ll always assist in tracking or resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help investigate or file a claim with the courier.
