At Lens & Co., your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the hygienic nature of contact lenses, and because they are considered medical devices, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once the product has left our hands. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives lenses that are fresh, untouched, and uncompromised in quality.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before checking out — including your prescription, lens color, and quantity.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the status is updated to "Shipped."
We pack and ship daily to ensure prompt delivery, so if you wish to cancel, we recommend requesting a cancellation on the same day you place your order or before your package is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under any circumstance.
Kindly Note:
• Color and size results may vary depending on the natural color and diameter of your pupil.
• Differences in appearance due to lighting, screen resolution, or individual eye color are not considered product defects.
